CLAP ! Cinéma loves arts populaires !
Exposition du 28 juin au 2 septembre.
Invitée par le Centre d’Art Nomade, Lieu-Commun a proposé une exposition exceptionnelle sur une sélection d’œuvres issues des collections du MIAM et de la Pop Gallery de Pascal Saumade, ainsi que sur des productions spécifiques.
Ce choix d’oeuvres autour du cinéma nous offre un voyage où affiches ghanéennes, modèles de film de Michel Gondry, artisanat mexicain, film de Guy Brunetet souvenirs en hommage à Elvis Presley côtoient les nouvelles productions de Camille Lavaud et Mademoiselle Kat et des affiches de Hervé Di Rosa. L’exposition est visible tout l’été avec son écho consacré aux arts populaires mexicains à La Grainerie, Balma.

Invited by the Nomadic Art Center, Lieu-Commun proposed an exceptional exhibition of a selection of works from the collections of MIAM and Pop Gallery by Pascal Saumade, as well as specific productions. This choice of works around the cinema offers us a journey where Ghanaian posters, Michel Gondry’s film models, Mexican handicrafts, Guy Brunet’s film and memorabilia in honor of Elvis Presley rub shoulders with the new productions of Camille Lavaud and Mademoiselle Kat and posters by Hervé Di Rosa. The exhibition is visible all summer along with its echo devoted to Mexican folk arts at La Grainerie, Balma.
